What we collect
When you submit our photo estimate, contact form, or newsletter sign-up, we collect what you give us: your name, email address, phone number, vehicle details, insurance information, and any photos you upload. We don't collect any of this unless you type it in or attach it.
We also collect a small amount of technical information through analytics -- which page you viewed, what site sent you here, your approximate region, and your device type -- but only after you accept the cookie banner. Decline the banner and no analytics data is collected.
Photos you upload
Photos you send through the photo estimate tool are stored privately on our server and only shared with our estimating team. We keep them while they're relevant to your repair and delete them on request. Email info@mikesab.bizand we'll remove them within three business days.
Newsletter and sister-business sharing
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we use your email to send occasional updates: seasonal car-care reminders, advice about insurance claims, and the like. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any newsletter we send.
Our subscribe form has an optional checkbox to also receive updates from our family of businesses (All Day All Night Towing and Complete Auto Tech Center). Only if you check that box do we share your email with those two shops. Skip the box and your email is only used for Mike's Auto Body communications.
Third-party services we use
- SendGridsends our emails -- estimate confirmations, contact-form replies, newsletter welcomes, and the staff notifications that go to our inbox when you fill out a form. Your email address passes through SendGrid's system whenever we send you a message.
- Google Analytics (GA4): if you accept our cookie banner, GA4 helps us understand which pages people use so we can improve the site. IP addresses are anonymized. You can opt out at any time by clearing cookies, declining the banner on your next visit, or installing Google's opt-out browser add-on.
- Microsoft Clarity: if you accept our cookie banner, Clarity gives us anonymized heatmaps and session replays -- where visitors click and scroll -- so we can see what's working and fix what isn't. It masks the text you type and other sensitive content by default, and we don't use it to identify you. Data is handled per Microsoft's Privacy Statement. Decline the banner and Clarity never loads.
What we don't do
We don't sell your information. We don't share your data with anyone outside our family of businesses, and only then if you opt in. We don't use your photos for marketing without asking you first.
Your rights
You can ask us to delete, correct, or send you a copy of the data we have about you at any time. Email info@mikesab.biz or call (508) 675-1194 and we'll respond within 30 days.
