Frame and Structural Repair in Fall River, MA

After a major collision, the frame or unibody determines whether your vehicle is safe to drive again. We use laser measurement and computerized pulling equipment to bring the structure back to factory specification. No guesswork, no shortcuts.

  • Laser measurement to OEM specs
  • Computerized frame straightening
  • Unibody and full-frame vehicles
  • ADAS recalibration after repair

Why frame accuracy matters

Modern vehicles are engineered so that the frame and body panels crumple in specific patterns to absorb crash energy. If the structure isn't restored to factory specification, the vehicle will not protect you correctly in a second collision. Loose alignment, uneven tire wear, pulling, and cracked welds are the visible signs, but the real danger is invisible until it matters most.

How we measure and repair

We mount your vehicle on a frame machine, set up laser measurement targets at manufacturer reference points, and pull the structure back to factory tolerances, typically within 3 millimeters. Damaged sections are cut out and replaced with OEM sectioning procedures. After pulling, we verify measurement again, reweld as needed, and recalibrate any ADAS sensors (cameras, radar, parking sensors) that were affected.

Questions & answers

Frequently asked

If you don't see your question, give us a call. We're happy to walk you through it.

Yes. Structural and frame repair is where manufacturer (OEM) standards matter most. We follow the automaker's published repair procedures for your specific vehicle — factory pull specifications, approved sectioning points, the correct welding method for the substrate (aluminum, boron steel, or mild steel), and OEM structural parts where the manufacturer requires them. We measure to factory tolerances on a laser-measurement frame system and recalibrate any ADAS sensors affected. Repairing structure to OEM standards is what preserves the vehicle's crash protection — a non-OEM frame repair can compromise how the car protects you in the next collision.
